2-homerun game from Sanchez helps lift Yankees over Twins 6-3


Behind two solo home runs from Gary Sanchez, the New York Yankees snapped a two game losing streak with their 6-3 win over the Minnesota Twins.

Brett Gardner, Gleyber Torres and Luke Voit all had one RBI each.

Jonathan Holder earned his second win of the season, as he pitched two scoreless innings in relief. Aroldis Chapman earned his sixth save of the season.

James Paxton was forced to leave the game with right knee soreness after the third inning. Paxton will get an MRI on his right knee tomorrow.

J.A Happ will get the start tomorrow afternoon against the Twins. The game starts at 1:05 PM.
